We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for these items under any circumstances.

This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity. Once these products leave our facility, we cannot guarantee that they have remained unopened or unused, and therefore, we cannot resell them.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We’ll gladly review the issue and work to make it right.
